Ujwal is a cultural anthropologist and a pioneer in the field of digital ethnography and the study of implicit and symbolic meaning on the internet. He is also a best-selling author and an eternal student of phenomenology. 

Jason Partridge

Co-Founder & President

Jason is a former creative director and management consultant with extensive experience in innovation, product and brand development. He is also a best selling author, and an avid gamer.

Chief Technology Officer

Pete is a computer scientist, an economist, and a software architect. He is also an eternal student of philosophy and phenomenology.

Elinor is a social scientist with over 15 years of field experience working across private sector, NGOs and Academia. She has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Toronto and has been a key part of MotivBase's origin story.

Rocco is a senior R&D executive with an incredible success record across major companies (e.g. PepsiCo/P&G). He most recently served as the Chief Research Officer and SVP of R&D and Innovation for $4.5B privately held Del Monte Foods, Inc. 

Beth Lindstrom


Beth is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in both the private and public sector (including serving in Romney's administration). Most recently, she served as the President of Commonwealth Future.
